OUTCOME:

• Introduction on power system was given by resource person, mainly on its three major subdivisions generation, transmission and distribution. Then the various equipments in power systems and substation was listed out and explained individually namely current transformer, CVT, power transformers, relays, circuit breakers, isolators, etc. then the various test conducted on the power system and substation equipments was well explained.
• This guest lecture focused on power system and substation equipment testing.
• Videos were played which was clearly explaining students how the various test are conducted in real time in testing and commissioning field.
• Students had interactive session with resource person clarifying their doubts. It was very useful technical and job guidelines session
